Most clients are live within 24 hours. After you sign up, we configure your agent with your

No. SentraVoice works with your existing business number. We set up call forwarding so your
agent answers when your team is unavailable, busy, or after hours - your clients always dial
the same number they already know.
SentraVoice connects with Google Calendar, Outlook, and major CRM tools. The agent only
offers time slots you've marked as available. If your system supports calendar links or

Immediately after each call, you receive a summary with the caller's name, contact info,
reason for calling, qualification outcome, and any next steps taken. Recordings and
transcripts are available in your dashboard.
Yes. SentraVoice agents run 24/7, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You decide
