Yes. A one-time setup fee equal to 100% of your first month's plan is charged at onboarding. It covers your agent build, integration configuration, system fine-tuning, and go-live support.

Do you offer long-term discounts?

Yes. Pay 6 months upfront and receive 10% off your total subscription cost. This is applied immediately at checkout across all plan tiers.

What agent types are available?

We offer inbound agents (call, email, SMS, social media), outbound agents (call, email, SMS, social media, DNC list), and specialty agents like Lead Enrichment and Custom. Any plan with outbound agents includes a mandatory DNC List Agent for compliance.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. We'll prorate any changes to your subscription automatically.
